By agreeing to our Terms of Entry, you understand and accept the following terms. The Cater Expo is
a trade only event and entry is restricted to those working in the catering sector. Your badge or entry may be revoked if you are not a trade visitor or this cannot be verified. Upon entry, you will subject to venue safety checks managed by third party security. This may include a search for prohibited items such as large bags and backpacks, glass, flammable liquids, large umbrellas, knives, weapons and illegal drugs. As an attendee, you are prohibited from selling products or services to fellow attendees or exhibitors, and we may refuse entry or request you leave the premises if you are suspected of doing so. Any attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. By entering the Cater Expo, you consent to be photographed, filmed and recorded. Thank you for your understanding of this policy.
Badge Policy
By agreeing to our Badge Policy, you understand that allowing exhibitors to scan your badge or take note of your badge number, you will be providing your personal data given to Cater Expo during registration. You consent to your personal data being used to be contacted about products or services, and understand your data may be transferred outside and consent to this. You also understand and agree by registering for the Cater Expo, your personal data will be held by Turner Price Ltd, the organiser of the event. Turner Price Ltd will never pass your personal data to any third party, unless you have consented to share your badge information. Turner Price Ltd may contact you about their products and services. You can opt out of receiving marketing communication at any time. This policy is in place to ensure you have a useful event experience. Thank you for your understanding of this policy.

We take your privacy very seriously. You have our full commitment that we will not pass on any details we may learn about you or your business to any 3rd party – unless used to fulfil your online Marketplace order or if you have signed up to our additional services.

Our event is open only to catering professionals including staff from Leisure, Hospitality, Education
and Care sectors. Also catering students who must be accompanied by an adult if under 18.
Our doors open at 10am and close at 3pm. However guests are welcome to visit at any time during
those hours.
Of course! We will have registration terminals at the information desk of the venue.
Badges will be printed on the day of the event. Once you have registered your free place, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code. Show this QR code at the registration desk on the day of the event and your badge will be printed.
